I am asking you and all governments worldwide to help me create " The Planet Earth Fund". This Fund will assist all Human Being Worldwide, bring all Nations together to fight Earth Devastation, animals extinction , poverty, children slavery, war, drugs, hunger, extreme hunger, ect.

The "Planet Earth Fund" will allow all Nations to bring peace and love for their citizens, and together we bring Peace and Love to all World. We want help the need people of the World with; Education, Health, Housing, Food, Infra-Structure, drugs treatment, elders and children housing, etc.

             THE OBJECTIVE: TWO TRILLION DOLLARS FUND

We  know the enormity of the greenhouse effect can is frightening and discouraging all. What one person, or even a nation can do to reduce the rise of climate change?

I believe that all nations together can achieve this goal. It is with positive thinking,  You and I,  can   created a special fund; ' THE PLANET  EARTH FUND  ". Together we can help our planet survive.

Our mission is to UNITE all nations and to create mechanisms, solutions  to reduce Climate Change World.   Solutions that will ensure the future of our children.

All nations working together to achieve this goal, bringing ideas and solutions.  I am asking the governments to allow us to execute Private Placement Programs   to generate funds that will be used only for global humanitarian purposes. The COUNTRIES participate with Government  Sovereign Guarantees (Government Securities), public and private organizations participate with   assets ( bank assets, bank guarantees, CDI, money, gold, etc.), also  with  technologies.

The mission of  "THE PLANET EARTH  FUND"  is to generate financial conditions of US$ 2,000,000,000,000.00 (two trillion dollars)  for  develop humanitarian projects worldwide.
